Ghana Union Stor-Stockholm (GUSS) warmly congratulates H.E. Dr. Margaret Miewien Chebere on the presentation of her Letters of Credence to His Majesty the King of Sweden on 16th April 2026.
This important and dignified ceremony, held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, formally marks the commencement of Her Excellency’s diplomatic mission in the Kingdom of Sweden as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana.
This milestone is not only a significant personal and professional achievement for H.E. Dr. Margaret Miewien Chebere, but also a proud moment for Ghana and the Ghanaian community in Sweden. It reflects Ghana’s continued commitment to deepening diplomatic relations, strengthening bilateral cooperation, and advancing shared priorities for the mutual benefit of both nations.
As Ghanaians living in Sweden, we welcome this new chapter in Ghana-Sweden relations with optimism and confidence.
