🇬🇭 Ghana Union Stor-Stockholm Congratulates Ghana’s Ambassador to Denmark 🇩🇰

The Ghana Union Stor-Stockholm (GUSS) has extended warm congratulations to Her Excellency Dr. Margaret Miewien Chebere, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, following the presentation of her Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Frederik X at a solemn ceremony held at Christianborg Palace in Copenhagen on 5th November 2025.

The occasion marked the formal commencement of H.E. Dr. Chebere’s tour of duty, reaffirming the longstanding bonds of friendship and cooperation between Ghana and Denmark.

On the same day, President Emmanuel Gandah and Secretary Eunice Fenteng of Ghana Union Stor-Stockholm paid an official visit to the Embassy of Ghana in Denmark.

Purpose of the Visit:The visit, at the invitation of the Embassy, coincided with this significant diplomatic milestone. The GUSS delegation used the opportunity to convey heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Dr. Chebere on her appointment and to reaffirm the Union’s commitment to deepening collaboration between the Embassy and the Ghanaian community in Sweden.

Appreciation:The representatives expressed sincere appreciation to H.E. Dr. Margaret Miewien Chebere and the Embassy staff for their warm reception and fruitful discussions during the visit.

The Ghana Union described the Ambassador’s appointment as “a proud moment for all Ghanaians in the Nordic region”, emphasizing its commitment to continue strengthening the bridge between the Ghanaian diaspora and the Embassy.
