Covering letter accompanying Form 10 from the embassy in Köpenhamn

PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR DUAL CITIZENSHIP
REPUBLIC OF GHANA

The applicant may purchase a Dual Citizenship Form (Form 10) from the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Copenhagen at a fee of Dkk600.00

The completed form should be forwarded to the Embassy together with:

1. Evidence of Ghanaian Nationality (Birth Certificate/Passport)
2. (for persons who have renounced their Ghanaian Citizenship) Evidence of Renunciation of Ghanaian Citizenship - copies of passport Evidence of Parents’ Nationality; (Passport/Voters ID Card/Birth Certificate)
3. Six (6) passport-size photographs;
4. Names, postal addresses and telephone numbers of two close relatives living in Ghana.

Please return the completed application form and the relevant documents together with a prepaid self-addressed envelope, eight (8) international postal coupons, or DKK50.00 for return postage by registered mail.
