OPPORTUNITY FOR GHANAIANS RESIDENT ABROAD TO PERFORM THE HAJJ UNDER THE NATIONAL HAJJ COUNCIL

The national Hajj Council, Ghana wishes to inform all Ghanaian Moslems abroad that to avoid the perennial inconvenience and congestion in the camps allocated them in Saudi Arabia, all Moslems intending to take part in the Hajj should register with the Hajj council in Ghana since intruders would not be entertained.

The total package for this year's Hajj is $2,100 or C19,700,000. Missions are to facilitate the collection and forwarding of completed Hajj related documents for onward transmission to the Council. The deadline for payment is 20th November, 2006. All payments should be through the following accounts at any Agricultural Development Branches in Ghana.

Applicants are required to include also 14 colour passportsize pictures with a prefered background of white, light blue or yellow.
