Union Elections, 2007

Elections for the 2-year term starting January 2008 will take place on Saturday, 8th December 2007 at (venue to be made known later) starting at 6 pm.

I, Kofi Sapathy, in my capacity as Electoral Commissioner to the union, do hereby invite you, dear member, to nominate yourself and/or others for the various posts.

Find enclosed information about the posts to be contested and nomination and voting procedures.

Please, post your nominations or ring in such to the officer in charge as soon as possible but latest December 6th. Nominations may also be sent by email or sms/text. Do not forget to seek the consent of any member you nominate for any of the offices.

Please pass the word around to those who may not receive this invitation.
